Financial Associate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance required

Financial Associate Duties:

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Maintain and process payroll including updates, reporting, and workers' comp
Reconcile multiple bank accounts daily and monthly
Handle online banking transfers, ACH, and wire transactions
Prepare journal entries and daily bank deposits
Assist with year-end audits and financial reporting
Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation posting
Manage audit, insurance, and financial schedules via Excel
Track investments and reconcile monthly investment statements
File and maintain accounting records

Responsibilities of the Yard Attendant

Safely load and unload rental equipment for customers and company drivers
Perform basic inspections on equipment to identify any damage or maintenance needs
Refuel and top off fluids on various types of rental equipment and tools
Clean, maintain, and prepare equipment and tools for rental, including pressure washing and minor servicing
Conduct simple functionality tests to ensure equipment is in proper working condition prior to rental
Assist in organizing and maintaining the yard and warehouse, keeping work areas clean and orderly
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move rental inventory as needed
Maintain accurate records of equipment use, condition, and maintenance as required
Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures
